CANCELLATIONS

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy.

We know life gets busy and unexpected things happen. Our commitment at Beth & Company is to provide an exceptional guest experience at every reservation. If a conflict develops for your future visit, please give us a minimum of 24 hours for rescheduling or canceling a reservation. A cancellation made within 24 hours will result in requiring a credit card on file for all future reservations. In the event of additional cancellations made within 24 hours guest card will be charged 50% of scheduled service(s). No call/no show reservations will be charged 100% the service(s).

We request that all reservations be confirmed no less than 48 hours in advance, all guest must receive emails or text messages confirmations. If you are not receiving reservation confirmation calls, text or emails we ask that you make sure your information is correct in our salon software.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer full exchanges on all products within 7 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card.

Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must occur within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions or refunds on gift certificates purchased.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards. Returned check fee - $35

CHILDREN & PETS

To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted in the service area. All other guests are asked to wait in the waiting area, as required by our insurance provider as well as NC Cosmetology State Board. We ask that children under the age the age of 12 are not left unattended during a service or in the waiting area. Children are not allowed in the spa or nail area unless receiving a service and must be accompanied by an adult.

Register Service Animals are allowed into the salon or spa.
